Becoming a better pharmacist ⌛

Since leaving the world of startups and returning from travelling I've been dedicating myself to becoming a the best possible pharmacist.
My strengths in pharmacy is empathy and my calming nature. I sometimes struggle with operational excellence
These next few months (and years?) are dedicated to developing the systems and skills to be an operational excellent pharmacist.
This includes:
- Daily work flow
- Excellent Clinical knowledge
- Excellent consultation skills
- Deep work (á la Cal Newport) in pharmacy (is it even possible?)
How I'm doing this?
- Tracking work ♻️
- Daily start and finish checklists ✔️
- Mini breaks throughout the day
- Review of daily tasks and duties
- Avoiding failure exercise
- 80/20
- Setting the standards - becoming GPhC Inspection ready
- Most important questions training
- Clinical skills - Independent prescribing
- Daily checklists
