Side Quest - Morning Routines

I'm that prick that focuses on morning routines in place of doing real work. And whatsmore I rarely completed any morning routine regularly.
In 2023, I found my myself stuck in a big fat rutt. It was the probably the lowest I had been in a decade. I would wake up - scroll on Instagram/ X (then Twitter) - then proceed to the least amount possible and be the most amount of tired. I knew I had to change. I knew I needed better habits and structure.
I started experimenting with changing my habits, with a big focus on my morning routine. I tested and iterated, then tested and iterated some more.
I found the most accessible and effective 'routine' for setting up my day to be a combination of breathwork and journaling.
